150k Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using 150k's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated below.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms apply to all 150k platform users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 150k platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. 150k reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is not permitted under any circumstances.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the 150k platform only. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended without prior notice.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, whether carried out with your knowledge or not.
  • Please notify us immediately via support email if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
  • 150k shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence.

User Responsibilities & Rules of Use

All 150k platform users are required to comply with the following rules of use at all times:

  • Do not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activities that violate Malaysian law.
  • Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or sabotage the platform's systems, including the use of unauthorised automation software, bots, or scripts.
  • Do not distribute, modify, or use any 150k platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
  • Do not use another person's account or share your login credentials with any third party.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws in your jurisdiction.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension and forfeiture of all existing balances.

Payment & MYR Transaction Information

All transactions on the 150k platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include Malaysian online banking such as Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, and e-wallets such as TNG eWallet.

The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

  • Deposit: All deposits are final once confirmed. No cancellations are permitted after a transaction has been successfully processed.
  • Withdrawal: Users must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is approved. This process is in place to protect your account from suspicious activity.
  • Processing time: Deposits are typically credited within minutes. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the payment method.
  • Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum limits per transaction are subject to the platform's current policy and may change without prior notice.
  • 150k reserves the right to hold or investigate any transaction deemed suspicious or in violation of platform policy.

Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

150k reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • The user has provided false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
  • The account is found to be involved in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
  • The user is found to have violated any part of these Terms & Conditions.
  • The account is found to be used by an individual under 18 years of age.
  • There is abnormal or suspicious activity on the account indicating possible fraud or misuse.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, 150k is under no obligation to refund any remaining balance. Appeals may be submitted through official customer support channels within 14 business days from the date of the closure notice.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The 150k platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical delays.

  • 150k is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or issues beyond our control.
  • We make no guarantee that the platform will meet any individual user's expectations under any circumstances.
  • Users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions and use of their funds.
  • Any liability claims against 150k are limited to an amount not exceeding the user's most recent deposit.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property: All content on the 150k platform — including logos, text, interface design, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 150k or its respective licensors. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Third-Party Links: The 150k platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms: 150k reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are uploaded to this page. We encourage users to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the 150k platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
